Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery; however, refunds are not available.

To start a return, please email info@laisjewelry.com. Once approved, the return must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the return authorization form.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging to be eligible. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return or apply a restocking/repair fee to the store credit.

Returns requested beyond 14 days of delivery or shipped later than 3 days after receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that store credit does not cover any shipping fees from the original order, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES

All orders require production and fulfillment time before shipping. The estimated lead time for each piece is displayed in your order summary at checkout. Lead times start on the next business day after an order is placed and may vary by item. These timeframes are approximate and subject to change.

DAMAGE & REPAIRS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@laisjewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
