Nothing here is mass-produced. Each piece is cast, filed and polished by hand in our studio for the person who ordered it. There is no warehouse, and no second identical piece waiting on a shelf.

Orders arrive within 5–10 business days, wherever you are. Every parcel is tracked and the number comes to you by email as soon as it leaves the studio.

Outside the EU, import VAT and a clearance fee may be charged on delivery. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the recipient.

Size matters more here than it would in a larger shop. A ring that comes back is reworked by hand before it can go out again.

So if there is any doubt at all, write to me first. I answer these myself. Tell me the inner diameter of a ring you already wear, or which finger it's for, and we'll find the right size together.

Return postage is at your own expense. For your first exchange we cover the cost of sending the new piece back out to you.

Bridal, engraved and custom-size pieces are made to your specification and can't be returned — but if something doesn't fit, write to me and we'll resize, remake, or arrange store credit.

If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover everything, both directions.
