Conditions of Use

Availability of Service
Our jewelry is available for shipment to Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia, except for restricted regions (e.g., Russia and North Korea).
Orders and Contract
To make a purchase:
- Follow the checkout steps and confirm payment.
- You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email.
- The purchase contract is only binding once you receive the Shipping Confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund if your payment has been processed.
By placing an order, you confirm all information is accurate and that your payment method is valid and funded.
Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR (€), VAT included.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Prices may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Shipping
Our pieces are handcrafted and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on destination. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Please note:
- Orders after 10:00 a.m. are processed the next business day.
- Holidays may affect delivery dates.
- Peak seasons may delay shipment.
You can always refer to your tracking link for the most accurate delivery date.
Right to Withdraw / Return Policy
- You may request an exchange or return within 15 calendar days from delivery.
- Items must be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Exchanges are processed via our returns platform (e.g., Reveni or Shopify Returns App).
- LAÍS JEWELRY may cover return shipping in the case of product defects.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above criteria.
Product Availability
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid.
Warranties
We guarantee all products sold on laisjewelry.com in accordance with the legal consumer protection rules in Spain and the EU. This includes:
- 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Refunds issued after inspection if a fault is confirmed.
- Replacement or repair when appropriate.
To initiate a warranty claim, email us with photos and details.
Customized Products
Made-to-order or customized pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault, unless otherwise agreed by LAÍS JEWELRY.
Liability Disclaimer
Our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased. We are not liable for:
- Business losses (profits, data, savings, or time)
- Technical issues or downtime of the site
- Damages from improper use of the website
We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by digital transmission errors.
