Returns and exchanges

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Return postage is at your own expense, for both returns and exchanges. We recommend a tracked service — until the piece reaches us, it remains your responsibility.

Exchanges

Wrong size, or you'd like a different piece? Write to info@laisjewelry.com within 15 days.

Send the original piece back to us at your own cost. Once it arrives and we've checked it, we resize or remake your piece and send the new one out free of charge. If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund it.

This applies to your first exchange on an order. If you'd like to change the size a second time, postage in both directions is at your own expense.

Refunds

Within 15 days you may return any piece for a refund of the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost. Return postage is at your own expense.

We refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and checking the piece. Depending on your bank it may take a few days more to appear on your statement.

Store credit

Prefer credit instead of a refund? We add 10% on top of the value of your return, valid for 12 months.

Made to order and bespoke

Bridal pieces, engravings and custom sizes are made to your specification and are excluded from returns under Art. 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If a bespoke ring doesn't fit, we will resize it, remake it, or issue store credit — write to us and we'll find the right way forward.

Handmade by nature

Every piece is cast and finished by hand in Barcelona. Small variations in surface, form and polish are intentional and make each piece its own. They are not a defect.

Faults and wrong items

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover everything in both directions. All pieces carry the three-year legal guarantee under Spanish law.
